Solatai

Solatai is our purpose built snorkel and dive boat that transports guests comfortably to the Papuan barrier Reef.Solatai is equipped with fresh water shower and toilet for added comfort of the guest.As one of only 18 passengers each and every guest can be assured of individual attention from the knowledgeable staff,
who conduct guided diving tours with the safety only possible with years of experience in the local area.We have 25 permanent moorings within the Bootless bay

Confined Water session

The Dive Centre is Papua new Guinea’s specialist
for dive training. All of us are experienced and caring.We conduct all academic and confined water training using the luxurious Airways Hotel facilities.

The Dive Centre

The Dive Centre is located at Poolside of Airways Hotel in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Close to International Airport, NO time lost traveling on domestic flights to remote locations. The Dive Centre is the ONLY PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre in PNG,denoting excellence in diver training at all levels from beginner to instructor. 　

Spotfinlionfish

Spotfinlionfish(Pterois antennata) are common in our area and can be seen on some ship wrecks and reefs in Port Moresby. Spotfinlionfish have venomous spines on thier dorsal fins which can inflict painfull sting if you touch them.

Reef stonfish

Reef Stonefish(Synanceia verrucosa) can be seen on reef flats and outer slopes.These guys are camoflage artists. They are extremly difficult to see as they blend perfectly into thier surroundings. Stonefish have venomous spines on thier back. If you were to stand on one, you will be injected with venom that cause extreme pain.

Pink anemonefish

Pink anemonefish(Amphiprion penderaion) live with some different kind of anemone on reefs such as Stichdactyla gigantea, Heteractis crispa and Heteractis magnifica.
I found Pink anemonefish difficult to photograph because they are very shy and always hide deep in the tentacles of thier home anemone.
